How frequently do customers fail to respond to scheduled calls?
We work with contact centers, and we know that reactivating customers who have previously called is one of the big issues in conversion performance. We’ve created an automated reminder system that sends an SMS to customers of a scheduled call.
Of course, the SMS is configurable and we recommend sending the SMS 60 minutes ahead of a scheduled call and embedding a number in the message to let customers call back immediately.
